Problem: The booking admin no longer exported cleanly. The customer list — names, phones, emails, dining dates from 2022–2026 — was trapped in a dying backend.
What we did: Custom extract against the old admin, with a fallback when the HTML path failed. Deduped into a dated file the operator could actually use.
Result: 13,409 structured booking records recovered.
