What we collect
When you use the contact or demo forms on automatex.studio, we collect the information you submit: name, email, phone (demo form), company (optional), and your message. We do not sell this information.
How we use it
We use form submissions to respond to your inquiry, schedule a call, send demo details, and follow up about Automatex Studio services. Notification email is delivered to our operations inbox via SMTP.
Retention
We keep lead correspondence as long as needed to run the sales conversation and deliver work if you become a client, or until you ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention needs).
Third parties
Hosting may run on Railway. Email delivery uses Google SMTP when configured. If Google Analytics or Google Ads tags are enabled, those products receive standard page-view and conversion events. Booking embeds (Cal.com or Calendly) receive whatever you type into their calendar. We do not sell your data.
Your choices
To correct or delete your inquiry data, reply to any email from us or use the contact form and ask for deletion. Canadian CASL: we only email you about your request or ongoing client work unless you opt into broader updates.
